I’m a PhD student in Health Economics and Policy in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. I study occupational licensing and interstate telehealth, and the supply of and access to behavioral health care. I also work on firearm injury prevention.

Before Hopkins, I was a pre-doctoral research professional at the University of Chicago’s Development Innovation Lab and a research assistant at the Hamilton Project at the Brookings Institution. I’m affiliated with the Johns Hopkins Center for Mental Health and Addiction Policy, the Center for Gun Violence Solutions, the Hopkins Business of Health Initiative, and Licensure Innovation for Telehealth Transformation.
